• Registration of a user on the website and fulfillment of a contract for food delivery to the home - the purpose of this operation is to create a profile to be used to track and document your orders. Conclusion of the impact assessment: Based on the above-mentioned impact assessment, the Data Protection Officer considers that the operation "Concluding a contract for the supply of food to the home" is admissible and provides sufficient guarantees to protect the rights and legal interests of data subjects in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

2."MAVIANA" EOOD processes the following categories of personal data and information for the following purposes and on the following grounds:

• Purpose for which the data is collected: 1) User registration; 2) Delivery of food to the home; 3) Making contact with the user and sending information to him, including if desired - to send newsletters and advertising messages;
• Grounds for processing your personal data - By registering on the website and purchasing a service between "MAVIYANA" EOOD and you are created a contractual relationship on which basis we process your personal data - Art. 6, para. 1, p. (b) GDPR.

In order to exercise your right to "forget", you should submit a written request sent to "MAVIYANA" EOOD, as well as to prove your identity and identity with the person to whom the data relates before "MAVIYANA" EOOD, by presenting on the spot your ID card for the purposes of identification in front of an employee of "MAVIYANA" EOOD.

For home delivery and after a request has been submitted by you, "MAVIYANA" EOOD transmits the necessary information to its respective courier employee or to another joint administrator who performs the home delivery service, which processes your data as an administrator for home delivery purposes.

• The execution of Orders and the conclusion of contract / s for sale with the KAMYNITE can be done without registration of a User profile. By placing an order without registration, the User gives his explicit consent to the personal data entered in the Order to be used and stored by KAMYNITE for the purposes specified in the General Terms. The fields that must be filled in to complete the Order are marked. The User agrees and declares that he will provide correct, accurate, up-to-date and complete information when filling in the data for placing an Order without registration. The User agrees to provide voluntarily the personal data required by the form for placing an Order without registration. KAMYNITE may at any time change the amount of personal data required to place an Order without registration. In the event that the User provides incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information when placing an Order without registration, the Provider has the right to deny him further access to part or all of its services. The Provider is not responsible for incorrect and / or incorrectly executed Order, executed in connection with the information received by the User when executing an Order without registration. The Supplier is not responsible for undelivered orders or other non-fulfillments, due to outdated data and re-shipment of goods is borne by the User.

• All prices listed on the site are in Bulgarian levs and include value added tax. • The order is made by following the following basic technical steps:

• Upon finalization of the Order and its confirmation by the User, the latter undertakes to pay the price of the Order and again declares that he is aware of the fact that the Order is related to an obligation to pay by him. After completing the order on the specified phone you will receive a call from us confirming the same information.
• Users understand and agree that certain goods may not be available at the time of the Order. In case the Supplier is not able to fulfill the Order due to the fact that the goods are not available, the Supplier notifies the User of its exhaustion on the contact phone number specified by the User or by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the User.

5. 5. Problems in the execution of the order

• Although we strive to execute all orders accurately, the execution of your order may be hindered for any of the following reasons:
• We do our best to have stock and update stocks in a timely manner, but it is possible that someone from the ordered products is not available, in this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
• You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details - names, address, telephone, postal code.
• In case of discrepancy between the received and ordered products or inaccuracy occurs due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of non-compliant products.
• If it is impossible to deliver through no fault of the KAMYNITE (you are not at the specified address or do not answer the calls of the KAMYNITE), your order will be returned to us while we contact you.

6. 6. Payment

• Orders are paid in cash.
• Payment is made upon delivery and receipt of the order, you pay the supplier.
• All prices are in BGN with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the delivery price.

7. 7. Delivery and receipt of products

• By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated value of the transport costs.

8. 8. Order cancellation and return
